Reseller Terms

Welcome to QR World Influencer Marketing Program. By participating in our program and accepting payment from us, you ("Influencer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services: The Influencer agrees to create and publish content ("Content") promoting QR World as per the guidelines provided.

2. Payment: The Influencer will receive an agreed-upon fee ("Payment") from QR World upon satisfactory completion and submission of the Content.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights: a. Upon receipt of the Payment, all rights, title, and interest in the Content are transferred to QR World. b. QR World has the right to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content in any manner, including promotional materials, advertisements, and social media platforms. c. QR World may run ads using the Content across various platforms without additional compensation to the Influencer.

4. Content Guidelines: The Content must align with QR World brand guidelines and meet specified quality standards. The Content must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Compliance with Laws: The Influencer must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including advertising standards and disclosure requirements.

6. Confidentiality: The Influencer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information and trade secrets of QR World and not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Representations and Warranties: The Influencer represents and warrants that: a. They have the full right and authority to enter into this agreement and grant the rights herein. b. The Content will be original and not violate any intellectual property rights of any third party. c. They will not enter into any agreements or perform any actions that would conflict with this agreement.

8. Indemnification: The Influencer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QR World from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any breach of these terms.

9. Term and Termination: This agreement is effective from the date of acceptance and continues until the completion of the Services, unless terminated earlier by either party upon written notice. Upon termination, the Influencer must return any confidential information and cease using QR World trademarks and intellectual property.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12. Amendments: No amendments or modifications to these terms are valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

By participating in QR World Influencer Marketing Program and accepting payment, the Influencer agrees to these terms and conditions.
